Evaluation
Dr. Hagen is a nationally recognized evaluator with experience in over $2 million worth of Federal, State and Foundation grants. Pegasus can work with you to develop your own internal assessment systems as well as provide evaluation for programs and grants (including writing the grant narrative for the application). Pegasus can provide the full evaluation from design to results, or provide the expertise you need to oversee the development of your own internal processes and expertise. Evaluation seminars are offered periodically. These seminars will give you the language of evaluation and you will leave with a basic evaluation system for your organization.
