CEU Seminars
Equine-Assisted Therapy/Equine-Assisted Human Development
Seminar approved for 4.5 CEUs for Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers and Related Fields: Watch for upcoming dates!
The two goals of the seminar are: to understand and to experience the basics of equine assisted therapy and human development. It is an experientially based program with participants working with the horses and each other.
N7394 N. Brusewitz Rd. Black Creek, WI - our home facility - about 15 minutes north of Appleton.

Comments from previous participants:
"I was amazed at how much effect a horse can have on people...very unique and enjoyable...I probably learned the most from watching others interact with the horses and attempt to complete the tasks at hand...I thought this was a wonderful training...I loved the many opportunities to collaborate, challenge oneself, trust, reflect and think."
"Excellent seminar! Very interesting and thought provoking...I was challenged to find more useful/helpful metaphors for use in therapy...I learned many ideas, tools, importance of keeping an open mind...I learned that changing the location (environment) of the horse (client) can change the outcome positively..."
*As always, Pegasus can arrange training or seminars for you or your organization at Sliden M or a facility in your area.
